Community Guidelines

1. Adults only (18+)

Every member, and every person appearing in any photo, video or text, must be at least 18 years old.
Couples and groups: every partner on a shared profile must be 18+ and agree to being on the site.
We never allow minors, content that sexualizes minors, or role-play/“age-play” that implies a participant is under 18 (e.g. “schoolgirl”, “teen”, “barely legal” used to suggest a minor). Such content is removed and reported to the authorities where required by law.

2. Consent comes first

Only post photos and videos of yourself or of people who gave you explicit permission to publish them here.
No leaked, stolen or “revenge” content, no hidden-camera, upskirt or voyeur material, and no content recorded or shared without everyone’s consent.
No non-consensual themes presented as real, and no content involving people who are asleep, drugged or otherwise unable to consent.
“No” means no, online and offline. Respect boundaries, safe-sex agreements and the rules of every couple you meet.

3. Prohibited content

Incest or incest role-play, bestiality, and extreme violence.
Anything illegal where you or the people shown live, including drug sales and weapons.
Content you do not own or have no rights to (see our DMCA / content removal page).
Hate speech and discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, disability, gender identity or orientation.

4. No spam, scams or solicitation

No prostitution, escort services or offering/asking for sex in exchange for money, gifts or other compensation.
No spam, mass messages, advertising, links to other sites, pyramid schemes or requests for money.
No fake profiles, catfishing, impersonation or using someone else’s photos.

5. Respect and privacy

Be kind. No harassment, threats, stalking, bullying or repeated unwanted messages. Use Block if a conversation isn’t for you.
Never share another member’s real name, address, workplace, phone number or private photos (“doxxing”), on or off SwingPlace.
What happens in private messages and private albums stays private. Do not screenshot or redistribute it.
Meet safely: tell a friend where you are going, meet in public first and respect discretion.

6. How reporting works

Use the Report link on any profile, photo, video, post, comment, group or chat. Choose a reason and add details if you can.
Reports are confidential: the reported member is never told who reported them.
Reports about possible minors or non-consensual content are handled first.

7. How moderation works

Our moderation team reviews new public content (profiles, photos, videos, posts, comments and groups) after it is published, and every report.
Moderators may edit or hide text, remove content, ask a member to verify their profile, or restrict an account.
Profile verification: members can verify with a selfie holding a handwritten code. Verified members get a Verified badge. Verification photos are private and deleted after review.

8. Consequences

Depending on how serious a violation is, we may remove content, issue a warning, require verification, temporarily suspend or permanently ban an account, without refund of paid features. Content involving minors or non-consensual material leads to an immediate permanent ban and may be reported to law enforcement and organizations such as NCMEC.
